Previously, Cotton held the position of Director of Quality Assurance at Bettera Brands LLC and Kerry, showcasing expertise in quality management. A significant tenure at General Mills included roles such as External Supply Chain Food Safety and Quality Platform Manager, where Cotton led food safety initiatives for the External Supply Chain Meals Platform, and Food Safety and Quality Platform Leader for Chex Cereal, managing regulatory compliance and product quality.
