Sander Kokke has over two decades of work experience in finance and operations management. Sander started their career at Floor BV as an Assistant Controller before moving to FrieslandCampina, where they held various roles including Senior Business Controller and Finance and Operations Director. Most recently, they worked at Perfetti Van Melle, where they held leadership positions such as Finance, IT, and Legal Director, Regional Audit Manager, and Global Process Excellence Lead in finance.

Sander Kokke completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in 1999. Sander then pursued further education at NIVE Hofam, where they obtained a Qualified Controller (QC) degree in 2003. Following this, Sander attended TIAS School for Business and Society from 2008 to 2010, specializing in an Executive Master of Finance and Control (RC) program. Lastly, in 2011, they enrolled in a Leadership Program at Hult Ashridge, completing their education in 2013.
