Jamile Consolmagno has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning various industries and roles. Jamile most recently served as the HR Director at Perfetti Van Melle - Brasil. Previously, they held roles such as Organizational Development Director at GRUPO NC and Human Resources and Internal Communication Director at Caloi. Prior to that, they gained experience at Diageo and Mondelēz International in senior HR roles, where they led various HR initiatives and programs. Jamile started their career as an HR Intern at HSBC, where they gained valuable experience in the field.

Jamile Consolmagno completed their degree in Business Administration at the Universidade Federal do Paraná from 2001 to 2005. Jamile later specialized in Group Dynamics at SBDG in 2007-2008. In 2016-2017, they pursued a degree in Professional Coaching at Instituto EcoSocial.
