Frederieke van den Belt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Frederieke started their career as a Consultant at Booz Allen from 1995 to 2000 before transitioning to Robert Walters as a Recruitment Consultant until 2002. Subsequently, they moved to Shell, serving as the Senior Executive Recruitment Manager from 2002 to 2007, then as the Global HR and Talent Manager from 2007 to 2012. Frederieke then joined Korn Ferry as a Principal from 2012 to 2016, focusing on developing leaders across various industries. Following this, they worked as a Partner at LIME Search&Connection in 2016, focusing on Leadership Assessments, Coaching, and HR Executive Search. Frederieke'smost recent role was as a Senior Principal at Korn Ferry from 2017 to 2022, where they continued to develop and coach leaders across different sectors. Currently, they are serving as the Global Talent Director at Perfetti Van Melle from 2022 onwards.

Frederieke van den Belt obtained a Masters in Business Studies from the University of Groningen from 1989 to 1995.
