Andrew McBride is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Perfectly Posh since February 2024 and as the Founder and CEO of Because Cosmetics since March 2017, a brand focused on empowering women in the beauty industry. McBride previously founded Perfectly Posh from July 2011 to January 2017 and held various roles, including International Operations Business Analyst and Manager of Field Development Projects, at Scentsy, Inc. from February 2008 to July 2011. Earlier in the career, Andrew served as a Financial Clerk at Vision Bankcard, Inc. from November 2004 to February 2008. McBride holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development from Brigham Young University, earned between 1996 and 2005.
