Kimberly Snell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as the VP of People & Talent at Perfection Group since July 2022, Kimberly also operates as the Owner, Author, and Illustrator at Air and Urth, LLC, where Bumbleland, a children's book series, is being developed alongside plush toys. As the Founder and CEO of Ingenuity HR, LLC since June 2021, Kimberly provides tailored people strategy and business solutions consulting. Previous roles include President and COO at IronRoad, where Kimberly oversaw HR solutions and operations across the U.S., and Vice President of Human Resources & Training at VRI, managing comprehensive HR functions for a large-scale operation. With educational credentials including a Master of Science in Management from Minot State University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees from Southern Illinois University and The University of Akron, Kimberly combines strategic insight with a commitment to organizational development and employee engagement.
