Raquel Kiley possesses extensive experience in dental operations and management. Currently serving as Dental Operations Manager at Perfect Smile Dental Care in Santa Clara since March 2019, Raquel also holds the position of California Regional Manager at Onsite Dental, where responsibilities include overseeing five dental practices since starting as a Practice Manager in 2013. Earlier in their career, Raquel worked for Dr. Alan Grimm, DDS, from August 1991 to November 2013, progressing through roles such as Back Office Manager/RDA, Treatment Coordinator, and Front Office Manager, showcasing strong leadership and operational skills throughout their career.
