Tracy Solomons

Non Executive Director at Perfect Moment

Tracy Solomons has a wealth of experience in the digital and customer experience space. Tracy began their career in 2004 as a Senior Brand Manager Online at Sainsbury's, where they were responsible for the Kitchen Appliances and Floral Services online propositions. Tracy then moved to Nike in 2007, where they served as Head of Digital and was responsible for developing and delivering the UK e-commerce strategy. In 2009, they took on the role of Head of E-commerce at Myla, a luxury lingerie and swimwear brand, where they managed the Global E-commerce Business. In 2010, they joined UNIQLO as Director Customer Experience and Director of Ecommerce, CRM and Omnichannel. In 2017, they became Executive Vice President, Direct to Consumer and Director Customer Engagement at Hunter Boot Ltd. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Non Executive Director of Perfect Moment.

Tracy Solomons completed a CIM Post Graduate from London between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a 2:1 BaHons from Manchester in Modern Tracy'story and Politics between 1998 and 2001.
