Aleksei Kovtunovich is a Senior DevOps Engineer currently employed at Perfect Art since February 2023, focusing on automating integration, testing, building, and deployment processes to enhance software release cycles and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Previously, Aleksei worked at Luxoft from March 2021 to January 2023, where the development of banking software included engineering and deploying Docker containers for a microservices architecture. At Tatra (December 2019 - December 2022), Aleksei managed Google Cloud Platform (GCP) instances and utilized Terraform for deploying AI-based solutions. From April 2008 to March 2021, Aleksei served as a DevOps Engineer at NEC Neva Communications Systems, developing video analytics solutions with a focus on neural networks, while also maintaining a Kubernetes cluster for development and testing. Aleksei began the career at NEC Neva Communications Systems in a role focused on SaaS platform implementation and server provisioning. An educational background includes an Engineer's degree in Process Control System from St. Petersburg State Technological University of Plant Polymers (2002 - 2007).
