Lena Kozak I MBA, CPM is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, strategic leadership, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Digital Marketing at Perenti since October 2021, Lena has previously held the role of Digital Marketing Manager at Betts Group Pty. Ltd. and Marketing Manager at Satterley Property Group. With a strong background in SEM, SEO, content strategy, and data-driven marketing, Lena also contributed significantly as Manager of Marketing and Business Development at Digging and Drilling Australasia, as well as holding leadership positions in media management at Racing & Wagering WA and several media organizations. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Business with an MBA in Marketing and possessing a Master’s degree in Economic Cybernetics from Zaporizhzhia National University, Lena is noted for breaking gender barriers as the first female TAB radio manager and for being the only female Group National Program Director in comparable radio networks in Europe and the US.
