Juan Diego Carluccio has extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. Juan is currently the VP of Product at Perennial since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Product at Uniply from 2019 to 2022, where they led the Engineering and Design team and was responsible for product strategy, vision, roadmap, and development. Before that, they held the position of Head of Product at COMPAS Global from 2015 to 2019, where they managed the transition of the company to a SaaS software.

In addition to their product management roles, Juan has worked as the Vice President of Products at VAS in 2017. Juan has also gained experience as a consultant and volunteer in organizations such as Phari, Our Guanxi, and Unidos. Juan started their career as the Managing Partner at Estudio Carluccio, where they provided agricultural consulting services and advised numerous agricultural companies in financial, tax, and strategic management. Juan also worked as an HR Consultant at Total Server Solutions LLC, providing strategic business advice in union management and tax benefits.

Juan Diego Carluccio completed their first degree, an AA in Liberal Arts with a focus on Business Administration, Management and Operations, at DeAnza College from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science in Agriculture Science (MBA) at Universidad Austral in Rosario from 2011 to 2012. Their educational journey began in 2004 when they attended Universidad de la República, where they obtained their Certified Public Accountant degree, specializing in Tax Law, Taxation Economics, and Finance, which they completed in 2009.
