Lucy Thomson is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as a Compliance Manager at Perenna since April 2021. Prior to this role, Lucy held various positions at the Financial Ombudsman Service from March 2010 to April 2021, including Head of Quality Operations (MO), Technical Manager, and Adjudicator. Earlier career experiences include roles at Lloyds Banking Group from August 2006 to March 2010 as a Complaint Handler and Debt Collections Agent, as well as a brief volunteering position at Ngecho Primary School in early 2006. Lucy began their career at Lloyds Banking Group as a Customer Service Agent from April 2005 to December 2005 and also worked as a Sales Assistant at schuh from April 2003 to April 2005.
