Jérôme Brassart is a Partner in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business. He focuses on advising clients in the Power, Utilities, Renewables and Infrastructure sectors.
Mr. Brassart has more than 15 years of investment banking experience assisting companies on a wide range of strategic matters. Selected transaction experience includes the sale of EnBW and RheinEnergie’s interests in MVV; advising Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition of an interest in PNE; EDF on the structuring and financing of the £24bn Hinkley Point C new nuclear power project and the sale of an interest to China General Nuclear; I Squared Capital on its acquisition of Viridian; EDF on its acquisition of the minority interests and delisting of EDF Energies Nouvelles; and Emirates Nuclear Energy Company on the structuring and sale of an interest in its 5.4GW Barakah new nuclear development.
Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in January of 2019, Mr. Brassart was at Credit Suisse from 2010 to 2018, where he most recently served as a Managing Director in the Energy, Transport & Infrastructure team. He was previously at Rothschild in London in the Power & Utilities team. Mr. Brassart began his career at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
Mr. Brassart earned Master’s degrees from the Lille Catholic University Law School, EDHEC Business School and London School of Economics.
