Parker Hall is a seasoned professional in research and development with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Research & Development and Innovation at Perdue Farms since September 2012, Parker previously held several prominent roles at Campbell Soup Company, including Director of Research and Development for North America Foodservice and Director of CUSA Sauce and Beverage Product Development. Parker's tenure at Campbell Soup Company spanned over a decade, encompassing various managerial positions focused on product development and technology. Prior experience includes roles at Central Soya Company, Griffith Laboratories, and educational roles at Clemson University, from which Parker earned a Ph.D. in Food Technology, along with master's and bachelor’s degrees in Agricultural Education and Animal Science, respectively.
