H. Craig Hofferbert has extensive work experience in the IT industry, with notable positions at Perdue Farms, The Johns Hopkins University, and T. Rowe Price.

At Perdue Farms, Hofferbert served as the Senior Director of IT Technical Delivery, where they oversaw the implementation of a custom code for the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system. This system was installed for the Retail division and replaced a legacy system.

Prior to their role at Perdue Farms, Hofferbert held the position of Director of IT Technical Delivery at the same company. During this time, they managed a group of eight contractors and successfully implemented the TPM system.

Earlier in their career, Hofferbert worked at The Johns Hopkins University as the Senior IT Manager - SAP Application Development. Here, they managed a team of 16 developers and was responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing various interfaces within the SAP system. H. Craig also provided support and made enhancements to different modules, such as HR/Payroll, Finance/Grants Management, and Supply Chain.

Hofferbert's work experience also includes a role as a Project Manager - Application Development at T. Rowe Price, where they were responsible for business planning, resource forecasting, budget planning, and vendor management. H. Craig managed a technical staff of fourteen and utilized structured project plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
