Bart Vittori has extensive experience in the pork industry, currently serving as the Vice President and General Manager of the Pork Division at Perdue Farms and Coleman Natural Foods since August 2010. Prior to this role, Bart held the position of Vice President of Pork Operations and Business Development at Coleman Natural Foods since September 2008. Bart was a partner at Blue Water Free Range Pork from August 2005 to September 2008 and served as Vice President at Prairie Grove Farms from 1997 to 2002. Bart's educational background includes attending Fenwick High School, Our Lady of Mt Carmel, and the University of Illinois Chicago.
