Oleksandr Kachan has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Oleksandr started their career at WindElectric in 2008 as an Embedded Software Engineer. In 2009, they joined PortaOne as a Senior Python Software Engineer, where they worked on various projects including SIP development, IVR applications, and database structure design. Oleksandr continued working at PortaOne until 2016.

In 2016, Oleksandr joined Intellias as a Senior Automation QA (Python) Engineer, where they worked until 2017. During this time, they also served as a C++ Software Engineer from 2018 to 2020.

Most recently, in 2020, Oleksandr joined Percona as a Software Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Oleksandr Kachan obtained their Master's degree in Industrial Electronics from Chernihiv National University of Technology from 2001 to 2006.
