Leonardo Erpi has a diverse work experience. Leonardo started working as a Docente at AT informática in April 1999 and remained in that role until June 2003. In April 2001, they became a Director at REDEX Sistemas and held that position until the present. Leonardo joined Percona in March 2016 as a Senior Webmaster and later transitioned to the position of Senior Web Developer in August 2018, where they currently work.

Leonardo Erpi attended Círculo Informático from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained a Técnico degree with a focus on Sistemas y redes (Systems and networks).
