Lalit Choudhary has a diverse work experience in the field of database engineering and administration. Lalit started their career at eClinicalWorks in 2011 as a Software Specialist and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Database Administrator at Novanet. Lalit then joined Oracle in 2014 as a Qualified Member of Technical staff and worked until 2016. During this time, they gained experience as a Senior MySQL DBA at Symantec from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Lalit is employed at Percona as a Database Engineer, a position they have held since 2018.

Lalit Choudhary completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai from 2008 to 2011. Lalit then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY from 2017 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Lalit also obtained several certifications. In 2012, they became an Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert. In 2017, they achieved the MySQL Cloud Service 2018 Certified Implementation Specialist certification from Oracle. In 2018, Lalit obtained two certifications from MongoDB, namely M001: MongoDB Basics and M102: MongoDB for DBAs.
