Jarrett Hardester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, operations management, and customer care. Since November 2013, Jarrett has held multiple leadership roles at Percona, including Director of Global Learning and Development, Director of Professional Services, Director of Training & Education, Director of Managed Services, RDBA Operations Manager, and RDBA Project Manager. Prior to this, Jarrett served as Operations Manager at Office Sign Company and as a Senior Customer Care Professional at SEI LLC. Additional experience includes roles as an Adjunct Instructor at Concordia College and Multimedia Library Reference Assistant at the University of St. Thomas. Jarrett began a career at YMCA as a Site Supervisor, Caravan Trip Coordinator, and Counselor. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Instructional Design & Technology from the University of North Dakota, a Master of Arts in Art History from the University of St. Thomas, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Concordia College.
