Patrick Rogers has extensive experience in various roles within the technical and educational fields. Currently, as a Webmaster at PERCOMOnline Inc. since October 2015, Patrick led a complete site and system overhaul, launching a new Learning Management System (LMS) that successfully enrolled students within three months. In addition to this role, Patrick serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing leadership, staff training, policy compliance, market strategy, client relations, and marketing efforts. Previously, Patrick held the position of Director of Admissions at both PERCOM EMT Academy and Broadwind Towers and Heavy Industries, Inc., where responsibilities included managing enrollment processes and student communication. Earlier welding experience includes roles at the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers and Broadwind Towers, involving structural and pressure welding in various industrial settings. Patrick holds education in Aircraft Mechanics from TSTC and has pursued further online studies through edX.
