James Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. James began their career as a Director of Information Management in the US Army in 2008 and held various roles within the organization, including Interim Director of HR, Executive Officer, and Operations & Training Officer. In 2012, they transitioned into the private sector as a General Manager at EPE USA, where they were responsible for facility and production management. From 2016 to 2021, James worked in different companies and positions, including Warehouse Manager at GB Sales Floor and Window Coverings and Area Supervisor at DMSI. In 2020, they joined Calzone & Anvil Case Company as a General Manager. For the past few years, James has been working as a Private Investor, and in 2023, they joined Percipio Workforce Solutions as a National Gig Recruiter.

James Williams earned a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University in 2015-2016. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas during the period of 1981-1985.
