Alanna Morse has a diverse work experience with a focus on project management and customer solutions. Alanna started their career as a Research Associate at J.D. Power and Associates in 2006, where they worked until 2012. Alanna then joined NRC Health as a Customer Implementation Coordinator for Employee and Physician Engagement from 2012 to 2014. Following that, Alanna worked as an Operations Manager at Lincoln Stars Hockey for a year. In 2015, they joined IBM as a Project Manager and worked there until 2017. Alanna then moved to Perceptyx, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Director of Customer Solutions, and currently serves as the Director of Listening Products.

Alanna Morse studied at the University of Kentucky from 2003 to 2005. Alanna then went on to California State University Channel Islands, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from 2005 to 2008.
