Craig Langbo, CRL has a long history of experience in the business world. In 2021, they took on the roles of President of UpT Reliability Solutions, LLC, CEO of Perceptive Controls, and CEO of Perceptive Service and Operations. UpT Reliability Solutions, LLC provides consultation, design and implementation of reliability programs, while Perceptive Controls, Inc. is a Systems integrator supplying factory automation, process control and insight solutions. Perceptive Service & Operations, LLC. provides licensed preventative, scheduled and emergency support to water supply, treatment, distribution and sanitary systems. Lastly, from 1997 to 2021, Craig Langbo, CRL was President of EPI Fulfillment and Senior Account Manager at EPI Marketing Services.

Craig Langbo obtained their MBA from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business in 2005, majoring in Integrative Management. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts from Albion College in 1995, majoring in English and Communications. In 2021, Craig Langbo obtained the Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) Certification from the Association of Asset Management Professionals.
