Dan Welliver currently serves as the Head of Business Solutions at Percepta since October 2024. Previously, Dan occupied leadership roles at ShyftOff and TaskUs, including Vice President of Operations at ShyftOff, where responsibilities included client relationship management and service delivery for a start-up contact center. Notable accomplishments include significantly improving Agent NPS and achieving a high client pass rate at TaskUs. With extensive experience in operations management across various companies, including FCR and Convergys, Dan has a proven track record of enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Project Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Western International University.
