Curt Williams is an experienced executive with a strong background in global operations and customer service delivery. Currently serving as Executive Director of Global Operations at Percepta since May 2017, Williams oversees client account strategies and directs senior operations across multiple markets. Prior to this, Williams held the position of Director of Operations for Healthcare Solutions at General Dynamics Information Technology, where leadership of diverse contact center operations was a key focus. At Sprint, Williams served as Group Manager for Customer Management and Operations Support, managing a significant workforce and enhancing customer experience during the Sprint/Nextel merger. Williams also held managerial roles at Embarq Logistics and Embarq, focusing on market planning, product development, and financial accountability. Williams holds an MBA from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
