Giovanni Diniz has a diverse work experience in various companies. Giovanni started their career in 2017 as a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Dito CRM. In 2018, they joined Banco Inter as a Customer Experience representative, where they provided direct customer support through phone calls, addressing inquiries and issues related to personal and business banking, investments, and credit cards. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Reversão de Clientes at Banco Inter. Later, in 2020, Giovanni joined Take Blip as a Sales Business Development Assistant, and eventually became a Sales Business Development Analyst in 2021. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Analyst at Percent, starting in 2023.
Giovanni Diniz earned their Bachelor's degree in Administration from PUC Minas, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications. In January 2018, they completed the "Outbound Marketing & Sales" certification from Outbound Marketing ®. In March 2020, they obtained the "Introdução à Prospecção" certification from Universidade Previsível and the "Sales Engagement" certification from Outbound Marketing. More recently, in January 2023, Giovanni earned the "Customer Success" certification from Rock Content. Giovanni also obtained three certifications in May 2023: "Fundamentos de Power BI" from Grupo Voitto, "Metodologia Ágil - Seja ágil de verdade, ou seja, adaptável" from Udemy, and "Networking: Como Criar uma Rede de Contatos Profissionais" from LinkedIn.
