Ana Cervera Lozano is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Iberia HR Generalist at PERCASSI since November 2021, having progressed from HR Trainee to HR Specialist within the organization. Prior to PERCASSI, Ana worked at Toys"R"Us in customer service roles from November 2020 to January 2021 and November 2021 to January 2022, where responsibilities included advising customers, managing inventories, and handling cash transactions. Ana holds a degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, and Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, completed in May 2022.
