Juan Mendoza has worked in the Human Resources and Catering industries since 2013. Juan began their career as Kitchen Manager for Palm Caterers of Weston in 2013 before moving to Executive Caterers as General Manager in 2014. Since 2019, they have been employed at PerBlue in three roles: Senior People Operations Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator, and Human Resources Office Manager.

Juan Mendoza attended Florida International University from 2018 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science. Juan then attended Full Sail University from 2020 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Game Art. In June 2021, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
