Phillip David is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Systems Engineering Senior Manager and Task Manager at Peraton since April 2015, Phillip excels in creating User Requirement Documents, conducting requirements analysis, and providing system integration support. Previously, Phillip held various roles at Lockheed Martin, including Senior Systems Engineer and Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included managing software development teams and guiding project schedules. Additional experience includes positions at MITRE, Price Waterhouse Management Consultants, Axent Technologies, Booz Allen Hamilton, TASC, Inc., and the Central Intelligence Agency. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Morgan State University and a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of the District of Columbia.
