Nicki Scolaro Bland currently serves as the Vice President of Contracts at Peraton, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this, Nicki was the Senior Director of Contracts and Compliance at Leonardo DRS from October 2021 to March 2023, where key leadership roles included overseeing multiple programs and driving strategic direction. At Northrop Grumman from 2010 to October 2021, Nicki advanced through various roles, including Senior Manager of Contracts, leading contract management initiatives and executing substantial growth programs. Earlier experiences include independent consulting at Creative Memories and management roles at AOL, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed contract administration and asset management. Nicki's educational background includes a Doctor of Law degree from George Mason University and completion of the Executive Education Women's Leadership Program at Yale School of Management.
