David Bignotti is a seasoned data professional with a strong background in data science and analytics. Currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at Peraton since March 2021, David is contracted with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Previous roles include Data Scientist positions at Vista Defense Technologies, LLC, and General Motors, as well as Data Analyst positions at NCI, Inc., Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, and Meridian Health Plan. David began a career in research as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan's Life Sciences Institute, focusing on molecular genetics. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Statistics and Biomolecular Science from the University of Michigan, obtained in 2015.
