Victoria Ford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications and digital transformation within various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director at Perago since July 2017, Victoria specializes in delivering digital services that integrate technological advancements with organizational change. Previous roles include Chair of Digital Leaders - Wales and Communications Lead at the Centre for Digital Public Services Wales, where Victoria launched key initiatives to enhance digital presence. With a strong background in strategic communications, Victoria held significant positions at the Wales Audit Office, Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, Government Digital Service, HM Courts & Tribunals Service, DVLA, and The Home Office, contributing to major transformation projects, communication strategies, and business change management. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from the University of Warwick and a Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Communications Leadership from the University of Huddersfield.
