Instrumentacion & Electricidad at Petroquímica de Venezuela, S.A. since August 2003, Jose Luis is responsible for coordinating and supervising instrumentation engineering activities to ensure operational reliability and adherence to safety and technical standards. Jose Luis has held various leadership roles in multiple organizations, including PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A., TIVENCA, and Brown & Root, overseeing engineering projects and discipline leadership in instrumentation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Gas Process Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental 'Rafael María Baralt' and additional degrees in instrumentation and electrical engineering from notable institutions.
