Alvaro Antonio Ramos Soteldo has extensive experience in various engineering and management roles within the chemical and industrial sectors, having worked at Petroquímica de Venezuela, S.A. since November 2000 in positions such as Adviser, Integrated Management Systems Manager, and Health, Safety and Environment Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer at IDOM, C.A. and Works Superintendent at Ingeniería y Servicios Industriales, C.A., among others. Alvaro has a solid background in environmental engineering, risk management, and project execution, with an educational foundation from Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica 'Antonio José de Sucre'​, where studies were completed from 1987 to 1994.
