Tamar Vacca is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in both real estate and social work. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Compass since August 2021, Tamar previously held the same role at WESTEND RESIDENTIAL, LLC from August 2019 to August 2021. In addition to real estate, Tamar works as a School Social Worker for the Pequannock Township School District since March 2017, contributing expertise in individual and group counseling, behavior intervention planning, and crisis management. Tamar's background also includes roles in various educational settings, providing support and treatment to students with special needs. As a certified Group Fitness Instructor since February 2012, Tamar facilitates diverse fitness classes and motivates participants to achieve their health goals. Tamar holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Society from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
