Zoe Barton is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and campus recruiting, currently serving as the Head of PepsiCo Beverages North America Early Talent Programs since March 2022. Prior to this role, Zoe held several key positions at Walmart from May 2015 to March 2022, including Recruiting Lead for Corporate & Field Supply Chain and University Relationship Manager, where Zoe focused on increasing diversity and developing innovative recruiting strategies across numerous universities. Zoe has successfully managed relationships with over 25 universities, executed hundreds of recruitment events, and developed Walmart’s first Campus Ambassador Program. A graduate of Hendrix College with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Studio Art, Zoe also studied at Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2014.
