Todd Bee is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in project management and plant engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at PepsiCo since 2006, Todd completed a $140 million Greenfield startup of a high-speed bottling plant in Western Virginia. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at Leprino Foods, where Todd managed a $320 million Greenfield startup and a $120 million Brownfield startup in Central California. Earlier roles include project engineering at E. & J. Gallo Winery, focusing on new line installations and packaging modifications, and engineering at The Quaker Oats Company, where Todd was involved in packaging line installations and upgrades for various food manufacturing processes. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in 1985.
