Saibal Bhattacharyya is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various roles across leading companies. Currently serving as Sr Director Sales at PepsiCo since January 2020, Saibal is focused on implementing the global commercial sales transformation agenda, enhancing capabilities such as Trade Promotion Management and Analytics. Previously, as India GM & VP at Aintu, Inc., Saibal connected FMCG/FMCD companies with retailers and consumers. Other key roles include Commercial Head for International Brands at Pernod Ricard, Vice President of Customer Marketing at PepsiCo, and General Manager at GlaxoSmithKline, with foundational positions at Johnson & Johnson and Colgate Palmolive. Saibal holds a PGPM in Marketing from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
