Kavita Bharti Dahiya is an experienced legal professional with a substantial background in compliance and ethics. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance and Ethics at PepsiCo since June 2013, Kavita previously held the position of Associate Director in the same department. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Legal Manager at Godfrey Phillips India Ltd from April 2005 to June 2013 and as an Advocate at J B Dadachanji & Co. from 1998 to 2005. Kavita holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, along with a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from Miranda House College.
