Byron Johnson has extensive experience in strategy and transformation at PepsiCo, serving in various leadership roles since July 2006, including Global Change Lead and Global Capability Lead in Integrated Business Planning, as well as interim responsibilities in PepsiCo University. Prior to PepsiCo, Byron was a Change Manager at Accenture from March 2001 to July 2006 and worked as a Consultant at BSI Consulting for a year. Byron holds a degree in Performance Improvement Technologies from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
