Eric Hernandez

Sr. Manager, Brewing Operations - Taprooms at Boston Beer

Eric Hernandez has over a decade of experience in the brewing industry, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Brewing Operations for Taprooms at The Boston Beer Company since June 2013. In this role, Eric oversees production and operations across various brands including Samuel Adams, Angry Orchard, Dogfish Head, Truly, and Angel City. Prior to this, Eric held positions in brewing management at notable breweries such as the Angel City Brewery, Dogfish Head Miami, and Coney Island Brewery. Eric began a career in quality assurance at Safeway/Vons Milk and Yogurt Processing Plant from June 2010 to June 2013. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola Marymount University and continued professional development through the Master Brewers Association of the Americas.
