Amanda Maximin currently serves as Vice President of PepsiCo Foods, overseeing the $2.5 billion Away from Home business unit with a focus on strategy, portfolio, and brand equity. Prior to joining PepsiCo in July 2022, Amanda held various leadership roles at Reckitt from August 2018 to June 2022, including Customer Vice President for Costco and Sales Vice President for US Vitamins. Amanda was a founding president of Reckitt's corporate Hispanic or Latino Association (HOLA). Previous experience at Procter & Gamble from May 2010 to July 2018 included roles such as Senior Sales Director for Oral Care at Costco and Associate Sales Director for Oral Care in North America. Amanda's early career included internships and positions focused on leadership development, culminating in a B.A. in International Relations from Florida International University.
