James Plummer is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as an Information Technology Support Specialist at PepperPointe Partnerships since February 2023. Prior to this role, James completed an internship at Sterling Health Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included assisting with help desk inquiries and troubleshooting various technical issues, as well as aiding the transition to new EMR software. James also gained internship experience at Harrison County Area Technology Center, supporting remote learning initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier in career, James worked at Claiborne Farm, performing general farm duties. James holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Information Technology from Maysville Community and Technical College and a high school diploma focused on Network and System Administration from Bourbon County High School.
