As the Director of Career & Professional Development and Executive Career Coach at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, Kenneth manages career counseling services for graduate students and alumni. Kenneth also serves as President and CEO of 1West Management Group, overseeing global business strategies and leadership development initiatives. Previous roles include senior leadership positions at Xilinx, Blue Shield of California, and Altera Corporation, each marked by significant contributions to talent management and organizational transformation.
