Josiah Horton has extensive experience in retail and woodworking, currently serving on the store setup team at Pepper Palace, Inc. since February 2020, traveling across North America to establish new retail locations. Prior to this role, Josiah worked as a trim carpenter at FiveOaks WoodWorking and as a CNC operator at Oakridge Custom Woodworking. Additional experience includes a position as a general assistant at United Floral Distributors and a sales role at Pepper Palace Canada Inc. from May 2013 to September 2018. Josiah attended Niagara College from 2017 to 2018.
