Aditya Pawar is currently working in the product department at Pepper Money India since September 2022. Prior to this, they held senior product management roles at IDFC FIRST Bank and Aditya Birla Group. Aditya also gained experience as a systems engineer at Infosys. They completed a Post Graduate degree at Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, after obtaining a Bachelor of Technology degree from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI).
