Regolito JR Tandingan has over a decade of experience in operational performance and improvement within the financial sector. Currently serving as Manager of Operations Performance & Improvement at Pepper Money ANZ since October 2018, Regolito also held the role of Operations Change and Support Analyst. Prior to this, Regolito worked at AMP for a decade, where the position of Senior Subject Matter Expert in Bank Operations and Bank Operations Risk was held. This combination of roles demonstrates a strong background in operational excellence and risk management within banking and financial services.
