Ryno Taylor is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the EUC Manager and formerly as the ServiceDesk Team Lead at Pepkor IT since January 2012. In this role, Ryno manages the service desk team within the infrastructure desktop support team, overseeing operational call management, project management, and procurement of end-user hardware. Ryno's background includes supervisory roles in desktop support and senior second-level support at TELEPERFORMANCE, as well as team leadership positions at Ackermans and earlier sales and consultant roles at Syntech and Wentek International. Ryno holds a National Diploma in Web Design & Development from Prestige College and a high school diploma from P.W. Botha College.
