Hugo Lepresle has experience working in various roles and companies. Hugo is currently the CFO at Pepette, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Michel et Augustin from 2016 to 2021, starting as a Junior Business Controller and later becoming the Head of Controlling. In this role, they were responsible for monthly closings, analyzing sales performance, monitoring fixed costs, and assisting in budget planning. From 2016 to 2018, Hugo attended IÉSEG School of Management where they pursued a Master's degree in Audit, Management Control, and Corporate Finance through an apprenticeship training program.
